What should I do if the heating plate does not rise after pressing?
A1: Power off the machine and allow the heating plate to fully cool down. After restarting, gently lift or shake the heating plate left and right, and it will automatically reset (Note:after turning the machine on, the heating plate will start heating, be careful to avoid burns).

Why doesn't the heating plate lower after pressing the “Start" button?
A1: Please ensure that the pressing plate is pushed back to the farthest position.
A2: If the above step does not work, please contact support staff.
Why does the machine produce slight smoke during pressing?
A1: This is normal. If the machine has not been used for a long time or is placed in a humid environment, moisture may accumulate inside. When the machine is turned on and the heating plate warms up, the moisture will evaporate.
A2: This is normal when using sublimation materials. The sublimation ink produces gas at high temperatures.
Is the beeping sound normal?
A1: One beep: A beep will sound when the machine is powered on, turned on/off, after completing parameter settings, or when the countdown ends.
A2: Continuous beeping: The heating plate is pressing down.
A3: Continuous beeping and the display flashing “E1/2/3/4”: Fault error. Please immediately disconnect the power and contact support staff for troubleshooting.
